Series Subscription Policies
1. Season Series Tickets
2. Choose-Your-Own Plan (CYO)
3. Add-on single tickets to your series
Minimum order for the Choose-Your-Own Plan is five events. Request forms with fewer than five events will not be processed.
By submitting this request form, you are requesting a ticket for the 2008-09 season at Mondavi Center. We will do our best to fulfill your order as requested but we do not guarantee that we can do so.
Season Series Tickets
A Series is one of the pre-selected packages of performances we have grouped together, such as Orchestra, Distinguished Speakers, or the Dance series. A series
usually contains 3-4 events during a season. Renewing patrons who order
the same series retain the same seating locations for each performance and may renew those same seats in future seasons. Series subscriptions have our biggest and
best discount, 20% off the single-ticket price.
Choose-Your-Own Plan (CYO)
A CYO Plan is a flexible package of any five or more events from
any series. You may pick five or more events and use the CYO discount price next to each performance listing.
NOTE ON DEMAND
Mondavi Center has more than 5,000 subscriber households and limited seating capacity, so some series and events sell out quickly. We will do our best to fulfill your entire request but not all requests can be fulfilled. If we cannot meet your ticket request, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact you by e-mail and telephone. If we cannot reach you, we will prorate your order and send you the tickets we are able to fulfill.
Payment
If we are unable to issue tickets for any portion of your ticket request, a refund check will be issued for the appropriate amount and mailed.
You will receive an acknowledgement of your order within 4-6 weeks.
Tickets will be mailed in August.
Overpayments of $10 or less will be considered donations and will be refunded only upon request.
